These rods are more typical, one might say, of Billetproof as a whole, as an identity. The founders were clear that the event seeks to honor truly imaginative garage-built creations, and these certainly qualify. But there's no question the "look" must be authentic to the ideal, and in my view--happily so--each Billetproof show so far that I've attended has yielded vehicles which equal the previous shows in terms of that fidelity. So the beat goes on.

For me, these rods rock in the best garage-band tradition.
