I donated a copy of ROCKIN' for the charity auction at the pinstriper's reunion at the Grand National on Saturday. It was much appreciated, but by far the treasures were all the fabulously pinstriped pieces, including that rocking horse. The money raised went to a key battered womens shelter in SoCal.
Dena, pinstriper Jimmy C's wife, kept us all focused on the event, as Herb Martinez, whom you met earlier in the blog, will attest (!!!).
